ABOUT

​​Mr. Hughes started his real estate career over 35 years ago.  He worked in the investment brokerage business in California and did his first tax deferred exchange in 1978.

In 1979 he became a real estate broker in Texas, and went into corporate real estate.  Most of his corporate career was in the Convenince Store industry as Vice President of Real Estate.  He did site selection and development of convenience stores in Texas and  in 10 foreign countries.

In 2002 Mr. Hughes remains active in the convenience store industry, but also does corporate site selection, investment brokerage and  is active with retirement real estate investing.
